Acceptable Use Policy

All Resellers and clients, and Reseller's respective clients must comply with 241 Computer Services's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). We may at our own discretion terminate any accounts which fail to comply with our published AUP. 241 Computer Services may from time to time amend and publish a revised policy on either 241 Computer Services' corporate web site, divisional web sites, and subsidiaries' web sites.

Intellectual Property Violation: Engaging in any activities that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, for which include copyrights, service marks, trade marks, trade secrets, property rights, patents held by corporations, individuals or other entities. We are required by law to remove or suspend access to customers that infringe any Copyright notice, it is therefore our policy to terminate privileges of customers who continuously repeat any breach of copyright.

Inappropriate speech or materials: Any account found to have adult, occult, illegal or offensive content or obscene speech will be immediately terminated. We require that all Resellers enforce a stringent line of monitoring on this. 241 Computer Services is required by laws to notify law enforcement agencies (Federal Bureau of Investigation) when we become aware of the presence of child pornography being transferred via our servers.

Illegal or Unathorised Access: Attempting or otherwise accessing illegally other computers, accounts, or networks belonging to or otherwise given right to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another system known as "hacking".

Destructive behaviour: Any information regarding the creation of and sending Viruses, worms, Trojan Horses, pinging, flooding, mailbombing and DOS attacks. Also the unnecessary use of system resources that cause other users inability in accessing system resources.

Illegal Activities: Engaging in activities that are determined to be illegal, including distribution of pirated software, fraudulently charging credit cards, making available pyramid schemes, and false advertising.

SUPPORT POLICY

Email Support: 241 Computer Services encourages the use of our support desk found by clicking "SUPPORT" via the navigation menu. Please do not send support related emails to any direct email account as they may go unanswered.

Ticket System/Help Desk: We guarantee to reply to you within 2 hours. Please give up to 4 hours for less urgent responses. Usually support is answered within 30 minutes.

MSN Messenger: Chats conducted via MSN messenger are provided on customer priority and urgency. Customers are not given permission to initiate chats with the support member. The support member will contact the customer specifically to resolve and answer any questions.

Telephone Support: Telephone support is available for billing, ordering and account related questions for all customers and for technical support for customers with advantage support included in their hosting package.

PRIVACY

241 Computer Services may collect personally identifiable information when you visit or use any of our pages, or from our business partners. We automatically record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, browser type, cookie information and the page you requested.

We will not rent or sell any information provided by anyone. We will share personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people in the following events:
- we have your consent;
- we need to share the information you have provided to obtain products that we cannot provide;
- we are required to have external companies perform work on our behalf to provide services, unless otherwise stated, these companies will not have any right to any information to that is not necessary in the unless otherwise given permission from you;
- you have publicly announced our services with the intention to damage our credibility/reputation, the intepretation is reserved by 241 Computer Services;
- you have violated any of our terms and conditions, policies, usage guidelines for any of our products and services;
- we are required by legal actions, court orders, or subpoenas.

We may set and access cookies on your computer.

REFUNDS

Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, no refunds are provided to customers except at the sole discretion of 241 Computer Services. An unlawful chargeback will result in debt collection. We will use companies such as Rickenbacker Collections to recover monies owing to us. Non-payment may affect your credit record and credit score.
